Hyon K. Choi, M.D., Dr.P.H.
Rheumatologist, Director of the Gout and Crystal Arthropathy Center at MGH, and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Choi’s primary interest lies in gout and crystal arthropathy research and care, as well as the application of novel methods such as the current online study design.
Yuqing Zhang, D.Sc.
Professor of Medicine in Residence at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Zhang is an Epidemiologist whose interests lie in the development and application of advanced methodologies in the context of rheumatic diseases. Dr. Zhang is the founder of the current internet-based case-crossover study platform.
Minna J. Kohler, M.D., RhMSUS
Rheumatologist, Director of the Rheumatology Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Program at MGH, and Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Kohler’s primary interests lie in gout and crystal arthropathy care, as well as point-of-care ultrasound related to arthritis/tendinitis/bursitis, vasculitis, and other rheumatic diseases.
Janeth Yinh, M.D., RhMSUS
Rheumatologist, Rheumatology Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Program at MGH and Member of the Faculty of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Yinh specializes in musculoskeletal ultrasound for the diagnosis and management of mechanical and inflammatory musculoskeletal disorders including osteoarthritis, gout, pseudogout, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and other rheumatic disorders.
Chio Yokose, M.D., M.Sc.
Rheumatologist at MGH and Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medicine School, Dr. Yokose’s research interests include gout epidemiology and the role of imaging in gouty arthropathy.
Mark A. Matza, M.D., M.B.A.
Rheumatologist, co-Clinical Director of MGH Rheumatology, and Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Matza’s clinical and research interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, inflammatory arthritis, gout, giant cell arthritis and IgG4-related disease
​​ Natalie McCormick, Ph.D.
Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology at MGH and Harvard Medical School.  Dr. McCormick’s research interests include the impact of environmental and genetic factors in gout, and healthcare use and costs of gout and other inflammatory rheumatic diseases.
  Sruthi Tanikella, B.S.
Clinical Research Coordinator I in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology at Massachusetts General Hospital.  Sruthi is interested in rheumatic diseases, especially gout and other types of inflammatory arthritis.  She hopes to apply to medical school in the future.
  Kehuan (Kayla) Lin, M.S.
Clinical Research Coordinator I in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology at Massachusetts General Hospital.  Kayla's research interests include lifestyle and hormonal factors in relation to inflammation, gout, and cancer.
